Care Instructions

All of my artwork contains lead! While lead is generally considered to only be harmful when ingested or inhaled, I highly recommend you do your own research on this prior to purchasing a stained glass piece. If you do decide to purchase, please keep your stained glass art out of reach of children or animals and make sure to wash your hands thoroughly with soap and warm water after touching your stained glass art.

Hanging Your Piece

Even small suncatchers are heavy pieces of art, with this in mind, it is not recommended to use command hooks or other adhesive hooks, suction cups, etc. to hang these pieces. These pieces should only be hung using hooks or nails that are embedded in a secure surface.

Cleaning Your Piece

Do not use chemical cleaning supplies to clean your stained glass. You can clean your stained glass piece with a dry microfiber rag to remove any dust or finger prints. You may also use a small amount of dish soap diluted with warm water to clean your stained glass more deeply. However, it is not recommended to scrub the stained glass art with any abrasive material, as this may remove the patina or create potentially harmful lead particles.
